Prepreg carbon walking orthoses
They are long walking devices made with pre-resin-impregnated carbons. Long walking devices made with Prepreg are both ultra-light, thinner and much more robust than conventional long-walking devices with steel bars and normal carbon orthoses.

More strong
Your health is more important than anything else. Unfortunately, many long walking device users are injured due to broken orthoses. Robustness comes first in the order of importance for users of long walking devices. Carbon prepregs are used in the manufacture of many composite-based parts that require high performance, high strength and long service life, such as missile and aircraft parts, racing boats, turbine blades and sports equipment, in various sectors such as defense, energy and ship-building, especially aerospace. In addition, tests have shown that carbon fiber is 10 times stronger than steel. Since the resin impregnation process is not done afterwards, as in normal carbon walking device applications, there are no situations such as the carbon not absorbing resin and being brittle.
Lighter
Heavy steel side bars are not used in Prepreg Carbon devices as in classic leather booties orthoses. This makes the orthosis lighter. Since the resin is not applied afterwards as in normal carbon orthoses, the weight caused by excessive resin absorption of the device will not occur. Thanks to the lighter weight of your orthosis, you can walk longer distances without getting tired.
Thinner
We know that the aesthetic appearance of the walking device is important for almost all of our users. We recommend ultra-thin prepreg long walking orthoses so that the orthosis is not noticed under clothing. Long walking devices with classic leather booties are both very heavy and easily noticeable under clothing. Long walking devices produced by the prepreg method are thin, almost invisible under clothing. You will be amazed at this delicacy.
